iOSアプリプライバシーポリシー

開発者 tiritara.dev（tiritara、以下「当方」）は、当方が提供するiOS・iPadOSアプリのうち、本ページをプライバシーポリシーとして案内するアプリについて、情報の取り扱いを以下のとおり説明します。

複数のiOSアプリで共通のポリシーです。使用する機能や外部サービスはアプリによって異なります。具体的な取扱情報は「アプリ別の取扱情報」をご確認ください。新しいアプリや取り扱いの変更は、提供開始までに本ページへ追加・反映します。

1. 共通方針

各アプリの機能を提供するために必要な情報だけを、その目的の範囲で取り扱います。
端末内で処理・保存する情報と、当方または外部サービスへ送信する情報を区別して説明します。「当方のサーバーへ送信しない」ことは「外部への通信が一切ない」ことを意味しません。
位置情報やカレンダーなどのアクセス許可が必要な機能は、iOSの許可設定に従います。許可は端末の設定から変更できます。
個人情報を販売しません。広告を表示するアプリでは、広告配信事業者が広告の配信と計測のために端末や利用状況の情報を取り扱います。どのアプリが広告を表示するかと、その内容は「アプリ別の取扱情報」に記載します。広告を表示しないアプリでは、広告目的で他社へ情報を提供しません。
分析、アカウント、クラウド同期など、ここに記載のない取り扱いを追加する場合は、対象アプリ、情報、目的、送信先、保存・削除方法を事前に明記し、必要な同意を取得します。ある機能をこのページで説明していることは、掲載中のすべてのアプリがそれを使用していることを意味しません。使用の有無はアプリごとに「アプリ別の取扱情報」で示します。

2. アプリ別の取扱情報

和風六曜暦カレンダー（Rokuyou Calendar）

端末内に保存する情報: 日記・夢の本文、キーワード、記録した天気、表示言語、テーマ、選択した地域・座標、天気予報のキャッシュ。日記・夢の本文やキーワードを当方や天気サービスへ送信しません。
位置情報・天気予報: 現在地の利用を許可した場合、iOSの位置情報サービスを使います。取得した現在地の座標は小数点以下2桁（緯度方向で約1km）に丸めて保存・利用します。バックグラウンドでの継続的な位置追跡は行いません。現在地を許可しなくても、地域を手動で選択できます。; 天気取得には選択した地域の緯度・経度を使用し、Apple Weather（WeatherKit）へ送信します。Apple Weatherが利用できない場合はOpen-Meteoへ自動的に切り替え、その地域の座標を送信します。これらの通信は当方のサーバーを経由しません。外部サービスには通信元のIPアドレス等も伝わります。
地名検索: 検索した地名をAppleのMapKitで処理し、候補となる地域を取得します。選択した地域の座標は天気予報の取得にも使用します。
端末カレンダー: 利用者が許可した場合に限り、EventKitで端末のカレンダー予定を読み取り、アプリ内で表示します。予定の内容を当方や天気サービスへ送信しません。カレンダーの許可を拒否しても、日記の購入や利用はできます。
アプリ内購入: 日記・夢機能はAppleのStoreKitによる買い切り購入です。アプリは購入状態を確認して機能を解除し、購入の復元に対応します。決済情報はAppleが処理します。
広告・追跡・分析: 広告を表示せず、広告ID（IDFA）を取得せず、他社アプリやWebサイトをまたいだ追跡をしません。独自の広告・アクセス解析・クラッシュ収集SDKを組み込んでいません。
アカウント・独自のクラウド保存: 当方のアカウント登録は不要です。日記を当方のサーバーへ保存・同期する機能はありません。OSによるバックアップについては第5項をご確認ください。

DaZen（バイノーラルビート瞑想）

端末内に保存する情報: 選択した脳波帯、自然音、音の回転、オートジャーニーの入切、音量、自然音の量、周波数といった設定と、Pro版を購入済みかどうかの控え。いずれも端末内にのみ保存します。当方はサーバーを運用しておらず、これらを当方へ送信することはありません。
音声・センサー・権限: 音はすべて端末内で合成します。マイク、カメラ、位置情報、モーションセンサー、連絡先、カレンダー、写真のいずれも使用せず、許可も求めません。設定の「音の回転」は録音や頭の向きの検知ではなく、合成した音を左右に振る処理です。
広告: 無料版では画面下にGoogle AdMobのバナー広告を表示します。広告の配信のためGoogleへ通信が発生し、IPアドレス、端末の情報、広告の表示や操作に関する情報が同社で取り扱われます。Pro版を購入すると広告は表示されず、広告SDKの初期化も行いません。
広告に関する同意（UMP）: 欧州経済領域・英国・スイス、および対象となる米国の州では、広告を読み込む前にGoogleのUser Messaging Platformによる同意フォームを表示します。同意が得られるまで広告は読み込みません。選んだ内容は設定シートの「広告設定を変更」からいつでも選び直せます。この項目は同意の取得が必要な地域でのみ表示されます。
追跡の許可（ATT）と広告ID（IDFA）: 無料版では、上記の同意フォームのあとにiOSの「トラッキングの許可」を尋ねます。許可した場合に限り広告ID（IDFA）が広告の配信・計測に使われ、他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだ計測が行われることがあります。許可しなくてもアプリのすべての機能をお使いいただけます。その場合、広告は非パーソナライズで配信されます。許可はiOSの「設定」からいつでも変更できます。
アプリ内購入: Pro版（広告の非表示とバックグラウンド再生）はAppleのStoreKitによる買い切り購入です。アプリは購入状態を確認して機能を解除し、購入の復元に対応します。決済情報はAppleが処理し、当方はカード番号などを受け取りません。
分析・クラッシュ収集: 独自のアクセス解析・クラッシュ収集SDKを組み込んでいません。Appleによる診断情報の取り扱いは第3項をご確認ください。
アカウント・独自のクラウド保存: 当方のアカウント登録は不要です。設定や購入状態を当方のサーバーへ保存・同期する機能はありません。OSによるバックアップについては第5項をご確認ください。

レンチキュラー・シミュレーター（Lenticular Simulator）

端末内に保存する情報: 表示中のタイプと絵柄、描画方法、レンズの幅・切り替わりの縞・レンズの光沢・傾きの感度、1枚あたりの角度などの設定と、「自分の画像」で選んだ画像のコピーとその並び順。いずれも端末内にのみ保存します。当方はサーバーを運用しておらず、これらを当方へ送信することはありません。
写真: 「自分の画像」では、iOSの写真選択画面で利用者が選んだ画像だけを読み込みます。写真ライブラリ全体へのアクセス許可は求めません。読み込んだ画像は端末内で縮小して保存し、どこにも送信しません。アプリ内で画像を外すと、保存したコピーも削除します。
モーションセンサー: 端末の傾きを、表示する絵の角度の計算にだけ使います。傾きの値を保存・送信することはありません。マイク、カメラ、位置情報、連絡先、カレンダーは使用しません。
広告: 画面下にGoogle AdMobのバナー広告を表示します。広告の配信のためGoogleへ通信が発生し、IPアドレス、端末の情報、広告の表示や操作に関する情報が同社で取り扱われます。選んだ画像や設定を広告のために送ることはありません。プレミアムを購入すると広告は表示されず、広告SDKの初期化も行いません。
広告に関する同意（UMP）: 欧州経済領域・英国・スイス、および対象となる米国の州では、広告を読み込む前にGoogleのUser Messaging Platformによる同意フォームを表示します。同意が得られるまで広告は読み込みません。選んだ内容は情報画面の「広告設定を変更」からいつでも選び直せます。この項目は同意の取得が必要な地域でのみ表示されます。
追跡（トラッキング）と広告ID（IDFA）: iOSの「トラッキングの許可」を尋ねず、広告ID（IDFA）を取得しません。他社のアプリやWebサイトをまたいだ追跡は行わず、広告は利用者を追跡しない形で配信されます。広告の成果の計測には、利用者を特定しないAppleのSKAdNetworkが使われます。
アプリ内購入: 広告を表示しなくなるプレミアムを、AppleのStoreKitによる買い切りで提供します。アプリは購入状態を確認して機能を解除し、購入の復元に対応します。決済情報はAppleが処理し、当方はカード番号などを受け取りません。
分析・クラッシュ収集: 独自のアクセス解析・クラッシュ収集SDKを組み込んでいません。Appleによる診断情報の取り扱いは第3項をご確認ください。
アカウント・独自のクラウド保存: 当方のアカウント登録は不要です。設定や画像を当方のサーバーへ保存・同期する機能はありません。OSによるバックアップについては第5項をご確認ください。

この一覧はiOS・iPadOS版が対象です。Android版や一覧にないアプリへ、上記の取り扱いをそのまま当てはめるものではありません。

3. Appleによる配信・購入・診断情報

App Storeでの配信とアプリ内購入はAppleが処理します。当方はクレジットカード番号などの決済情報を取得しません。購入権利の確認・復元にはAppleが提供する購入情報を使用します。アプリを削除してもApple側の購入履歴は削除されません。

独自の分析SDKとは別に、利用者の診断共有設定やAppleの提供機能に応じて、Appleが診断情報・利用情報を処理し、開発者にレポートを提供する場合があります。当方が受け取る場合は、品質改善や不具合対応に使用します。Appleによる取り扱いはAppleのプライバシーポリシーをご確認ください。

4. 外部サービスと送信先

各アプリが使用するサービスは第2項に記載します。現在の対象サービスは以下のとおりです。

Apple：App Store・StoreKit（配信・購入）、Core Location（位置情報機能）、MapKit（地名検索）、WeatherKit（天気予報）。プライバシーポリシー／Apple Weatherのデータ提供元。
Google：広告を表示するアプリでのAdMob（広告の配信・計測）と、User Messaging Platform（広告に関する同意の取得）。IPアドレス、端末の情報、広告の表示や操作に関する情報を取り扱い、追跡を許可した場合は広告ID（IDFA）も使用します。Googleのプライバシーポリシー／広告におけるデータの取り扱い。
Open-Meteo：天気予報の代替取得先。座標およびIPアドレス等の通信情報を処理します。同社は、技術的な運用や不正利用防止のためのIPアドレスの取扱いと、座標を含み得るサーバーログを90日後に削除する方針を公表しています。最新の取り扱いはOpen-Meteo Terms & Privacyをご確認ください。
GitHub Pages：このポリシーページの公開先です。ページを閲覧するとGitHubへ接続し、IPアドレスなどの通信情報が同社で処理されます。GitHubのプライバシーに関する声明をご確認ください。

外部サービスによる保存期間、処理地域、開示・削除等の手続きは各サービスの方針にも従います。当方は、アプリから送る情報を機能に必要な範囲に限定し、委託先を利用する場合は適切な情報保護を求めます。

5. 保存期間・削除・バックアップ

端末内データ：日記などは、利用者がアプリ内で削除するかアプリを端末から削除するまで保存します。天気キャッシュは新しい取得結果で更新されます。「Appを取り除く」はデータを残す場合があり、「Appを削除」とは異なります。
バックアップ：端末の設定によっては、アプリのデータがiCloudやコンピュータへのOS標準バックアップに含まれる場合があります。アプリの削除だけで既存のバックアップが消えるわけではありません。バックアップの削除はAppleまたは使用するバックアップ機能の設定で行ってください。
権限：位置情報やカレンダーへの許可はiOSの設定から取り消せます。許可の取消しだけでは、既に保存した日記や選択地域などは削除されません。アプリを削除しても元のカレンダー予定は削除しません。
当方が保持しない情報：当方は端末内だけにある日記などを遠隔で閲覧・削除できません。
外部サービスの記録：Appleの購入記録やOpen-Meteoのログ等は、各サービスの保存・削除方針に従います。当方が直接削除できるものではありません。

6. お問い合わせと利用者の権利

お問い合わせ先：tiritara.dev@gmail.com

お問い合わせの際は、返信先メールアドレス、アプリ名、問い合わせ内容など、利用者が送った情報を受け取ります。回答、問題の調査、必要な連絡のために使用し、その対応に必要な期間保管します。対応後に不要となった情報は削除します。ただし、法令上の保存義務や紛争への対応に必要な場合を除きます。パスワード、カード番号、不要な日記本文などは送らないでください。

当方が保有する個人情報について、適用法令の範囲で開示、訂正、削除、利用停止などを求める場合も、上記へご連絡ください。本人確認に必要な情報をお願いする場合があります。外部サービスが独自に保有する情報は、そのサービスの窓口もご利用ください。

7. 安全管理と改定

当方は、取り扱う情報への不要なアクセスや漏えいを防ぐため、アクセス制限など必要な安全管理措置を講じます。アプリの機能や利用サービスが変わる場合は本ページとアプリ別情報を更新し、重要な変更はアプリ内のお知らせ等で案内し、必要に応じて同意を求めます。最新の内容は本ページの更新日とともに掲載します。

Privacy Policy for iOS Apps

Effective: August 26, 2026 / Last updated: September 27, 2026

This policy describes how tiritara.dev (also known as tiritara, “we”) handles information in our iOS and iPadOS apps that link to this page as their privacy policy.

One policy for multiple iOS apps. Features and service providers differ by app. See the app-specific practices below. New apps and changes in data handling will be added before they are made available.

1. Common principles

We handle information needed to provide each app’s features, only for the stated purposes.
We distinguish on-device processing from transmission to us or to external providers. “Not sent to our servers” does not mean that no information leaves the device.
Features requiring access to location or calendars respect iOS permission settings. You can change permissions in Settings.
We do not sell personal information. In apps that show ads, the advertising provider processes device and usage information to deliver and measure those ads. The app-specific practices below state which apps show ads and what is processed. Apps without ads do not share information with other companies for advertising.
If we introduce analytics, accounts, cloud sync, or other processing not described here, we will identify the affected app, data, purpose, recipient, retention and deletion practices in advance and obtain consent when required. Describing a feature on this page does not mean every listed app uses it; the app-specific practices state this per app.

2. App-specific practices

Rokuyou Calendar (和風六曜暦カレンダー)

On-device storage: Diary and dream text, keywords, recorded weather, language and theme preferences, a selected region and its coordinates, and a forecast cache. Diary text and keywords are not sent to us or to weather providers.
Location and forecasts: With permission to use your current location, the app uses iOS location services. It rounds the current-location coordinates to two decimal places, approximately one kilometer in latitude, before storing or using them. It does not continuously track location in the background. You can select a region manually without granting location permission.; The selected region’s coordinates are sent to Apple Weather through WeatherKit. If Apple Weather is unavailable, the app automatically falls back to Open-Meteo and sends that region’s coordinates to it. These requests do not pass through developer-operated servers. Providers also receive connection information such as your IP address.
Place-name search: Search terms are processed through Apple’s MapKit to find matching places. The coordinates of the selected place are also used for weather requests.
Device calendars: With permission, the app reads events through EventKit and displays them in the app. Event contents are not sent to us or to weather providers. Calendar access is not required to purchase or use the diary.
In-app purchases: Dreams & Diary is a one-time purchase through Apple’s StoreKit. The app checks purchase status to unlock the feature and supports restoration. Apple handles payment details.
Advertising, tracking and analytics: The app has no ads, does not access IDFA, and does not track users across other companies’ apps or websites. It includes no separate advertising, usage analytics or crash-reporting SDK.
Accounts and developer-operated cloud storage: No developer account is required. Diary entries are not stored or synced to our servers. See section 5 for operating-system backups.

DaZen (binaural beat meditation)

On-device storage: Your settings — the selected brainwave band, nature sound, sound rotation, auto-journey on/off, volume, nature level and frequency — and a record of whether Pro has been purchased. All of it stays on the device. We operate no servers, and none of this is sent to us.
Audio, sensors and permissions: All audio is synthesised on the device. The app does not use the microphone, camera, location, motion sensors, contacts, calendars or photos, and does not ask for those permissions. The “sound rotation” setting pans synthesised audio between left and right; it does not record anything or detect head position.
Advertising: The free version shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen. Delivering those ads involves requests to Google, which processes your IP address, device information, and information about ad displays and interactions. Buying Pro removes the ads, and the advertising SDK is then never initialised.
Advertising consent (UMP): In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in applicable US states, the app presents a consent form through Google’s User Messaging Platform before loading any ads. No ads are loaded until consent is resolved. You can revisit your choices at any time through “Change ad settings” in the settings sheet, which appears only where consent is required.
App Tracking Transparency (ATT) and the advertising identifier (IDFA): In the free version, iOS’s tracking permission prompt follows the consent form above. Only if you allow it is the advertising identifier (IDFA) used to deliver and measure ads, which can involve measurement across other companies’ apps and websites. Every feature of the app works whether or not you allow it; declining means ads are non-personalised. You can change the permission at any time in iOS Settings.
In-app purchases: Pro — no ads and background playback — is a one-time purchase through Apple’s StoreKit. The app checks purchase status to unlock the features and supports restoration. Apple handles payment details; we never receive card numbers.
Analytics and crash reporting: The app includes no separate usage-analytics or crash-reporting SDK. For Apple’s handling of diagnostics, see section 3.
Accounts and developer-operated cloud storage: No developer account is required. Settings and purchase state are not stored or synced to our servers. See section 5 for operating-system backups.

Lenticular Simulator (レンチキュラー・シミュレーター)

On-device storage: Your settings — the card type and artwork shown, the rendering method, lens width, stripes, gloss, tilt sensitivity and angle per image — and copies of the images you chose under “My images”, with their order. All of it stays on the device. We operate no servers, and none of this is sent to us.
Photos: “My images” reads only the images you pick in the iOS photo picker. The app does not ask for access to your whole photo library. Imported images are resized and stored on the device and are never sent anywhere. Removing an image in the app deletes its stored copy.
Motion sensors: The device’s tilt is used only to calculate which part of the artwork to show. Tilt readings are neither stored nor sent. The app does not use the microphone, camera, location, contacts or calendars.
Advertising: The app shows a Google AdMob banner at the bottom of the screen. Delivering those ads involves requests to Google, which processes your IP address, device information, and information about ad displays and interactions. Your images and settings are never sent for advertising. Buying Premium removes the ads, and the advertising SDK is then never initialised.
Advertising consent (UMP): In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland, and in applicable US states, the app presents a consent form through Google’s User Messaging Platform before loading any ads. No ads are loaded until consent is resolved. You can revisit your choices at any time through “Change ad settings” on the About screen, which appears only where consent is required.
Tracking and the advertising identifier (IDFA): The app does not show iOS’s tracking permission prompt and does not access the advertising identifier (IDFA). It does not track you across other companies’ apps or websites, and ads are served without tracking. Ad conversions are measured with Apple’s SKAdNetwork, which does not identify you.
In-app purchases: Premium, which removes the ads, is a one-time purchase through Apple’s StoreKit. The app checks purchase status to unlock it and supports restoration. Apple handles payment details; we never receive card numbers.
Analytics and crash reporting: The app includes no separate usage-analytics or crash-reporting SDK. For Apple’s handling of diagnostics, see section 3.
Accounts and developer-operated cloud storage: No developer account is required. Settings and images are not stored or synced to our servers. See section 5 for operating-system backups.

This list describes iOS and iPadOS versions. These practices must not be assumed to apply to Android versions or apps not listed here.

3. Apple distribution, purchases and diagnostics

Apple handles App Store distribution and in-app payments. We do not receive payment card numbers. The app uses purchase information supplied by Apple to check and restore entitlements. Deleting an app does not delete Apple’s purchase history.

Separately from any analytics SDK, Apple may process usage or diagnostic information and make reports available to developers, depending on your diagnostic-sharing settings and Apple’s services. If we receive these reports, we use them to improve quality and address problems. See Apple’s Privacy Policy.

4. External services and recipients

Section 2 identifies the services used by each app. Current services are:

Apple: App Store and StoreKit (distribution and purchases), Core Location (location features), MapKit (place search), and WeatherKit (forecasts). Privacy Policy / Apple Weather data sources.
Google: in apps that show ads, AdMob (ad delivery and measurement) and the User Messaging Platform (obtaining advertising consent). It processes your IP address, device information, and information about ad displays and interactions, and uses the advertising identifier (IDFA) where you have allowed tracking. See Google’s Privacy Policy and how Google uses data in advertising.
Open-Meteo: fallback forecasts, processing coordinates and connection information such as IP addresses. Its published policy describes processing IP addresses for technical operations and abuse prevention, and deleting server logs that may contain coordinates after 90 days. See the current Terms & Privacy.
GitHub Pages: hosting for this policy. Visiting the page connects to GitHub, which processes connection information such as IP addresses. See the GitHub General Privacy Statement.

Providers’ policies also govern their retention periods, processing locations and access or deletion procedures. We limit information sent by our apps to what is needed for the relevant feature and require appropriate safeguards when engaging service providers.

5. Retention, deletion and backups

On-device data: diary entries remain until you delete them in the app or delete the app from your device. New forecasts replace the forecast cache. Offloading an app can retain its data and is different from deleting it.
Backups: depending on your settings, app data may be included in operating-system backups to iCloud or a computer. Deleting the app does not remove existing backups. Manage or delete backups through Apple or your backup tools.
Permissions: revoke location or calendar access in iOS Settings. Revocation does not itself delete saved diary entries or selected regions. Deleting the app does not delete the original calendar events.
Data we do not hold: we cannot remotely read or delete diary entries stored only on your device.
Provider records: Apple purchase records and Open-Meteo logs follow the providers’ retention and deletion policies. We cannot directly delete those records.

6. Contact and your rights

When you contact us, we receive information you provide, such as your reply address, app name and message. We use it to respond, investigate the issue and communicate as needed, and retain it for as long as necessary for that purpose. We delete information that is no longer needed after handling the request, except where retention is required by law or to resolve disputes. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers or unnecessary diary text.

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion or restriction of personal information we hold, as provided by applicable law. We may request information needed to verify your identity. For information independently held by external providers, please also use their contact channels.

7. Security and changes

We take appropriate safeguards, including access restrictions, to prevent unnecessary access to or disclosure of information we handle. We update this page and the app-specific information when features or services change. We communicate material changes through in-app notices or other appropriate means and obtain consent where required. The latest policy is published here with its update date.
